This ledger shows what is actually in the public profile catalog. Each row links to the current page and records the representative value used by its calculator, the number of cited references, and the date of the latest editorial source-context check.
What “reviewed” means here
An editorial review checks that the selected value is explained, citation links support the surrounding discussion, limitations are visible, and the page stays within HalfLifeDB's educational scope. It is not clinical review and does not turn the page into medical advice.
What the date does not promise
The date is not a literature freeze or a guarantee that no newer study exists. Pharmacokinetic estimates can change with population, route, formulation, analyte, and study design. Readers should still open the citations and check the source context that matters to their question.

How corrections enter the log
When a source changes the selected value or its interpretation, the profile is updated and the review date advances.
